This year’s meeting will be held at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan.

The hotel is located just 7 miles from Puerto Rico’s Luis Munoz Marin International Airport and  2 miles from Old San Juan.   More details on the hotel location can be found at caribehilton.com/our-hotel/location/.  Taxis are $12 + tip from airport to hotel.

• More than 4 people per room: $25 will be added to the room rate for each additional guest.
• Rates are also offered, based on availability, 3 days before (nights of 11/14-11/16) and 3 days after (11/20-11/22) the conference.
• Additional fees include resort fee ($20 per room per night), porter ($5.25 per person), maid service ($.50 per person per night).
• Room rates and fees are exclusive of tax.
• One night’s (non-refundable) rate + fees + tax will be charged in advance of your stay.
